This is a great place to get your AGSU fitted! Scott assisted us with our measurements, which helped a lot when placing the order, and the entire process took less than 30 minutes. I went in a few minutes before closing, expecting to drop my dress off for alteration and pick it up the next day. Instead, the tailor fixed the tears in my dress right then and there. He then had me try it on, found another spot that required repair, and fixed it. I left the shop so Happy and Grateful! I will be back for any future alteration needs I may have. I had a pair of pants that I wasn't happy with the fit or length, I asked a friend for a recommendation and that's how I found Tailor's Touch..and am I glad I did! I walked to inquire about making an appointment with the Tailor. Stepping in it felt like I stepped back in time to the most amazing customer service experience I've had in quite a while. I was greeted with a friendly smile and told that the Tailor was free and could see me right then. I wasn't sure exactly how to proceed with the pants, and the tailor patiently explained and showed me all the possible options, some that I hadn't even considered! We agreed on the look I wanted and was told they'd be ready for me in 2 hours, and they were! The pants fit like a glove and they've gained a new customer for life! I'm just sorry I didn't find them sooner!read more

I just bought a very expensive beautiful dress with a train for my son’s wedding. The dress needed to be hemmed down at least two inches but I wanted to save the train. I’m not going to lie, I left pretty nervous since I have less than 10 before the wedding which is out of town.
Scott did an AMAZING JOB! He saved the train, the length perfectly done, he met the deadline five days earlier than expected, and the price is fair.
I would recommend this place in a heartbeat!read more

They do an amazing job here and the tailoring is top-notch. The turnaround time is super quick, and before I know it, my clothes are ready and look fabulous.

Scott and staff are all amazing. I'm not sure what we would of done without them. We had a vision for our groomsparty and ourselves that they brought to life. Scott used his skills to take cuts from one vest to enlarge another vest. This had to be done due to the suits being silm fit. Scott and his team excuted this task effortlessly twice. The second vest he enlarged by using photos of the groomsman because he lives in Maryland. Tailor's Touch also altered our jackets and pants for the wedding as well as our attire for our Friday and Sunday evening events. We rate them 10 Stars.

Well overdue for this review, but I just wanted to share how great of an experience I had with them back in April. I came in for alterations on a handful of pieces including this gown that needed a hemline correction for a pageant. A different business butchered it and I had a tight timeline to work with. I was given outstanding service with everything being done ahead of schedule during their prom season which was asking a lot. The staff was kind, professional, and with the rushed requests they were affordable. The owner even took time to teach me about different hemlines, seams, machines, etc to look for in the future to prevent the same situation occurring. Overall 10/10 experience and will only be using them in the future. Plus, I won the competition!read more

I had some horse riding style pants that were made by another company. Due to the manufacturing process, a portion of the sticking came out. I called, asked what could be done, and when it could be done. Although I was past the 4pm deadline for same day service, I was explained by a guy at the business to come over right now and he will see about taking care of it.
I showed up a few minutes later. He looked at it, explained the issue, as well as the complications of where the restitching needed to be done. After a few moments, he came up with another idea and was not nearly as intensive as the first idea. Needless to say, he restitched it while I waited (Maybe at the most 4 minutes this included turning on his machine) and absolutely refused to charge me for the work that he did, even though I tried to pay.
To be clear, I have never been in this business before or even met the guy(Presumed owner). I appreciate the work he did and his willingness to drop what he was doing, come up with a less labor intensive way to solve the issue. I would say, I appreciate him not charging me, but hey that was just the icing on the cake by him not doing that although I was willing to pay.read more

Amazing!!! I brought my wedding dress in to get shortened and my straps to be adjusted and they did an amazing job! My Wedding Dress was a little more complicated since it had a lot of layers and beading along with lace but the team at Tailors Touch knew exactly how to work with my dress. I couldn’t be happier with the end results. My dress looks perfect!!
The turn around time on my dress was amazing as well. They ended up getting it done a week before it was scheduled to get picked up. I definitely recommend them for any of your custom alteration needs. Their customer service was so good and even when I felt nervous about alterations the team was kind and ensured me that it would be exactly what I wanted. I can’t wait to wear my dress on my big day!

Scott and the team at Tailor's Touch are amazing! I've only ever had alterations done once and I was really nervous and inexperienced in getting anything altered. The team here is so kind and obviously knowledgeable and skilled with this line of work. Scott is very personable and works to make you feel stunning during the process. They team finished quicker than the estimated time (which was an awesome bonus) and did a great job. The prices are fair and I was surprised at how affordable it was. They were also extremely accommodating when more alterations needed to be done for my clothing, which I sincerely appreciated. Absolutely amazing work at this place! My son was home from college, needed 2 suits altered before he flew back out to head to a national conference - so it was a rush job with a less than 24 hour turnaround time. Friendly, reasonable and extremely professional. The new suits fit like a glove after the alterations.
They also did my daughter's prom dress a few weeks ago. Beautiful work with excellent attention to detail.

Honestly I will definitely be coming back to have all my other clothes if they need to be altered. I had a dress that needed to be taken in and I’m so happy with the results. Fits so much better than before, now my favorite dress of all time for how it fits. The service here is great and all the owners and tailors really care about making not only your clothes fit better but a great experience too. These people know what they’re doing!! Best tailor I have ever been at! They do everything including equestrian items. I had to alter a prom dress and he called that it was finished very quickly and it was perfect! I also had a pair of Parlanti boots with a zipper broken. I asked to fix the zipper and see if he could customize it to fit my leg better and he did! Not only it was perfect it was an amazing price! Scott is an amazing tailor!! I needed to get my bf measured for an upcoming wedding and all other places were closed or wouldn’t do sizing. Scott at Tailor's Touch is amazing! Not only is he making masks, he is donating them to doctors at nurses at the local hospital. They tested and rated his masks at a 98% filtration rate (higher then the N95 masks that you can't get). But what I love about Scott is that not only will he sell his masks to locals at a very reasonable rate, he explains why they filter out the particles at a higher rate then the DIY masks, or the store bought ones. I was going to attempt to make my own, but had texted Scott regarding dimensions for my daughter. He had me come into his store.
He gave me one for my daughter But after talking to Scott and his demonstration, I am NOT making my own, I bought some from him! He is a small business owner, that cares about his staff, friends and community.read more

My family met Scott, Doug and Barbara at a local fabric shop. We we discussing all that is going on in the world and said we wanted to make some protective masks. My wife works for an assisted living facility with 4 sites. Scott was nice enough to tell us what material would be best for what we were doing! As if that wasn't enough! He told us that he was making surgical masks and he would be more than happy to supply us some. We never expected that. He did as he said! I had gotten my zipper stuck in my JanSport book bag and just about given up on it until I decided to go to into “Tailor’s Touch”. Upon entry I was greeted warmly by the lovely seamstresses who took my book bag immediately and asked me to wait. Less than 5 minutes later, “Scott” the owner came back with my book bag and fixed my zipper FREE OF CHARGE. I begged and urged him to pay him but he simply would not take my money. We need more businesses like this. Ones who care about customer service AND QUALITY WORK. They are professional, kind and clean. The staff was absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend this place to anyone! I am new to the area and getting married in a month so I dropped off my wedding dress to be altered on a Monday afternoon and got called to come in for my first fitting the very next day on Tuesday , and my dress was ready to be picked up by Wednesday! I can’t say enough about how amazing tailor’s touch is. Just this morning I took my daughter into them with a brides made dress that was a bit too snug and was already worked on. We didn’t think anything could be done to help. They welcomed us with open arms and assured us that they could fix it. We needed it rushed because the wedding is this weekend. Lovely customer service! Everyone was very helpful throughout the fitting process. I needed to have my head to toe sequin gown for prom shorten and also have its straps shorten since I’m pretty small. Very fast service even though prom season is at its peak right now! Best seamstress/tailor around! They have tended to all my needs, from Armani and Boss suits to altering shorts, jeans and shirts they have Exceeded expectations every time! Excellent place I took a pair of pants that were frayed at the bottom they put a new hem on the bottom looks outrageous. I also just bought a jumpsuit but as I am 4’11 needed it shortened plus a few other garments I had. I’ve had things done at other places before and never happy but I will never have anyone else but Tailor’s Touch alter my clothing again it was PERFECT!!! I’m going away in a few weeks and thanks to them I will look great!!!read more

It's great to have an incredibly skilled tailor in the Wellington community that is timely, trustworthy, friendly, and fair. I have brought many articles of clothing to be altered to Tailor's Touch, including pants, blazers, shorts, and jeans, and I have never received anything but precision tailoring and friendly service. The owner is always willing to make suggestions as to what fit will look best based on the item, and takes the time to understand exactly what I want the completed item to look like. So glad to have finally found a Tailor I can trust! I brought a bridesmaid dress here to have sleeves added on-not an easy task for this type of dress. I met with the owner and showed a picture of what I wanted, they took a few measurements and a few days later they called to let me know it was done and they wanted me to come try it on to make sure there were no other adjustments I needed. Sure enough, the dress was PERFECT! Better than I even imagined. Not only that but I had broken the clasp getting it on and they fixed that too! They truly make you feel like a priority here and go above and beyond to create exactly what you want. Couldn't have been happier!read more

Last week I had a black tie event and my dress arrived last minute and needed alterations that same day. First off I had my toddler with me and I was so pleasantly surprised to see they had a children's area to keep him occupied and a basket full of Annie's snacks for him to nibble on! They had me in and out within 10 minutes and she had my dress altered under an hour! I was shocked and so happy with the end result, the dress fit perfectly. 5 stars for a reason.
Came to get my pants hemmed and coat jacket sleeves taken up. But after the owner explained the fixes would be to the detriment of the look of the suit and my build. I decided to not go through with any alterations on the suit. The owner let money walk out the door by helping educate me. He didn't have to do that. That shows he cares. Greatly appreciated. Wish there were more businesses out there like this. Ill be coming back soon when an alteration is really needed. Thanks again.read more

Victoria secret is always weird with there sizing thank god taylors touch was there they inserted some elastic at the ankles and made the pants that I paid so much for fit perfectly!!!! As a matter of fact I have another pair to take to them convenient! Fast! And friendly and professional thank u!!!read more

We have known Scott and his team for almost 8 years. We cannot imagine a better, more qualified tailor in all of Wellington. His customer service is unparalleled, and he goes out of his way to make sure that either he or someone on his team is always available at a time that's convenient for you.

I have been going here for a few years, it's the only place I have been for alterations. My most recent visit was to finish a baby blanket. They said 1 week for it to be ready, they called me after 2 days and said it's ready, we rushed it for you. That was exciting because now I had it for Christmas. When I got there to pick it up he gave me suggestions on the finish product and went above and beyond at no charge to do it for me! Anyone who visits this place will be a happy and a satisfied customer!read more

I went in briefly just to have some extra notches added to my 3 year old sons belt. I was helped quickly and professionally. Not mention at no charge since it was a quick and easy service. I have never had any alterations here but based on the customer service I know where I would go. I would recommend this place to anyone.read more

I normally don't write reviews of local businesses. However, occasionally I am so impressed with an establishment or product that I will make an exception. Tailor's Touch qualifies for such an exception. I WANTED to write a review of Tailor's Touch because I am extremely impressed with Scott and his team. They do great work for a reasonable price. I've taken several suits to Tailor's Touch for alterations and my wife has taken everything from shorts and dresses to a burberry jacket into their shop. Regardless of what we bring them, they always do excellent work in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend.read more

I will never go anywhere else again for my alterations! I had my suit originally altered at my local dry cleaners and they botched the job. I wasn't sure if it could even be saved, but now it looks fantastic! The owner, Scott, was extremely knowledgable and courteous. The seamstress, Tina, took extra time and care to make sure my suit fit just right, and it was done in a very timely manner. I could not be happier with my experience. I highly recommend them!!read more

Tailor's Touch in the Mall at Wellington Green is fantastic!
Scott and his staff are professional and very friendly. I've brought many articles of clothing into Tailor's Touch, from the typical dress slacks and suits to more complex fabric such as golf pants/shorts and boardshorts.
The quality they provide is second to none and they have always completed my clothing on time. I drive all the way from Palm Beach Gardens to Wellington to have my clothing tailored there - that's how good they are!

I have this Nike bomber jacket that has Nike checks going all down the sleeves. I accidentally left the jacket near a heater one night and the checks were starting to peel off. I took it to a different dry cleaners and they told me it could not be repaired. However I brought my jacket to Tailor's Touch in the Wellington mall and they were able to repair it within a few minutes! The best part was that I was not even charged since it was such a quick fix. The customer service was fantastic, very kind and willing to help. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, and I will return definitely be back if I need any more alterations/repairs!!read more
