I went in briefly just to have some extra notches added to my 3 year old sons belt. I was helped quickly and professionally. Not mention at no charge since it was a quick and easy service. I have never had any alterations here but based on the customer service I know where I would go. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I normally don't write reviews of local businesses. However, occasionally I am so impressed with an establishment or product that I will make an exception. Tailor's Touch qualifies for such an exception. I WANTED to write a review of Tailor's Touch because I am extremely impressed with Scott and his team. They do great work for a reasonable price. I've taken several suits to Tailor's Touch for alterations and my wife has taken everything from shorts and dresses to a burberry jacket into their shop. Regardless of what we bring them, they always do excellent work in a timely manner. I would absolutely recommend.

I have this Nike bomber jacket that has Nike checks going all down the sleeves. I accidentally left the jacket near a heater one night and the checks were starting to peel off. I took it to a different dry cleaners and they told me it could not be repaired. However I brought my jacket to Tailor's Touch in the Wellington mall and they were able to repair it within a few minutes! The best part was that I was not even charged since it was such a quick fix. The customer service was fantastic, very kind and willing to help. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, and I will return definitely be back if I need any more alterations/repairs!!

I have been going here for a few years, it's the only place I have been for alterations. My most recent visit was to finish a baby blanket. They said 1 week for it to be ready, they called me after 2 days and said it's ready, we rushed it for you. That was exciting because now I had it for Christmas. When I got there to pick it up he gave me suggestions on the finish product and went above and beyond at no charge to do it for me! Anyone who visits this place will be a happy and a satisfied customer!

Awful. They had my boots for a month. Brought them home and the zipper is still broken. I do not live in the area and when I called all they could say was. Bring them back in and we will look at them. I'm like I live 2 hours for you I can't just bring them in...

I will never go anywhere else again for my alterations! I had my suit originally altered at my local dry cleaners and they botched the job. I wasn't sure if it could even be saved, but now it looks fantastic! The owner, Scott, was extremely knowledgable and courteous. The seamstress, Tina, took extra time and care to make sure my suit fit just right, and it was done in a very timely manner. I could not be happier with my experience. I highly recommend them!!

Tailor's Touch in the Mall at Wellington Green is fantastic! Scott and his staff are professional and very friendly. I've brought many articles of clothing into Tailor's Touch, from the typical dress slacks and suits to more complex fabric such as golf pants/shorts and boardshorts. The quality they provide is second to none and they have always completed my clothing on time. I drive all the way from Palm Beach Gardens to Wellington to have my clothing tailored there - that's how good they are!

Victoria secret is always weird with there sizing thank god taylors touch was there they inserted some elastic at the ankles and made the pants that I paid so much for fit perfectly!!!! As a matter of fact I have another pair to take to them convenient! Fast! And friendly and professional thank u!!!

My bride to be and I had both of our dresses brought here for alterations. The women were very nice and helpful, but the gentleman who owns is was not helpful, and actually rude. One dress was fine. But the other was not steamed as promised, had to be brought back in, the cut was HORRIBLE cut like a 5 year old did it, and the owner just shrugged it off, it was also missing gem stones, a handful of them!! The owner insisted it was how the dress was that it wasn't there fault, which it clearly was as we didn't leave the dress with them that way. I wouldn't use them again or recommend anyone bring their wedding dress here. Disappointed in the amount we paid and the work that was done.

5 stars for a reason. Came to get my pants hemmed and coat jacket sleeves taken up. But after the owner explained the fixes would be to the detriment of the look of the suit and my build. I decided to not go through with any alterations on the suit. The owner let money walk out the door by helping educate me. He didn't have to do that. That shows he cares. Greatly appreciated. Wish there were more businesses out there like this. Ill be coming back soon when an alteration is really needed. Thanks again.

Super professional, yet made my self-conscious teenage daughter comfortable with corny jokes (obviously well-worn) corny dad-type humor. I took a star away because the dress needing altering was a chorus dress and anyone familiar with this garment can tell you it's basically a simple A-line. No fancy tailoring. We simply needed a few inches off the bottom. Was it a rush? Yes. So, understandably there was a rush surcharge. HOWEVER, my rush was 2 1/2 days and I was charged $50 to literally cut off a piece of fabric and hem in a straight line what probably amounted to 10 minutes labor, beginning to end. The dress was only $90 to start with. But, hey. When you need it done, you do what you have to do. It's made me consider changing my line of work...that's for sure.

Last week I had a black tie event and my dress arrived last minute and needed alterations that same day. First off I had my toddler with me and I was so pleasantly surprised to see they had a children's area to keep him occupied and a basket full of Annie's snacks for him to nibble on! They had me in and out within 10 minutes and she had my dress altered under an hour! I was shocked and so happy with the end result, the dress fit perfectly. Thank you Tailors Touch for an A+ experience!

So glad to have finally found a Tailor I can trust! I brought a bridesmaid dress here to have sleeves added on-not an easy task for this type of dress. I met with the owner and showed a picture of what I wanted, they took a few measurements and a few days later they called to let me know it was done and they wanted me to come try it on to make sure there were no other adjustments I needed. Sure enough, the dress was PERFECT! Better than I even imagined. Not only that but I had broken the clasp getting it on and they fixed that too! They truly make you feel like a priority here and go above and beyond to create exactly what you want. Couldn't have been happier!

No apology after tailoring my $150 piece of clothing incorrectly. I had no expectation of reimbursement, but they blamed me for the mistake. BEWARE! Owner called me telling me he’d post the video of the 45 minuets I spent getting the measurement right. I took a loss and bought it the clothing again.

Went to Tailors Touch for my sisters wedding, they fixed my bridesmaids dress as well as another bridesmaids dress, the wedding dress, and a pair of my shoes all in a very timely manner. They listened to everything we needed and took it all into consideration. The staff is all insanely nice and very willing to help. I will definitely go back here whenever I need a clothing or shoe repair!

2 reviews It's great to have an incredibly skilled tailor in the Wellington community that is timely, trustworthy, friendly, and fair. I have brought many articles of clothing to be altered to Tailor's Touch, including pants, blazers, shorts, and jeans, and I have never received anything but precision tailoring and friendly service. The owner is always willing to make suggestions as to what fit will look best based on the item, and takes the time to understand exactly what I want the completed item to look like. You can tell it is family owned with the level of care given on each visit. I would not bring my clothes anywhere else.

There are not enough words to express the gratitude I have for Scott and his team! The decision to have my wedding dress altered at Tailors touch has been an absolute pleasure from the very first visit! Scott took his time with explaining absolutely everything he was going to do to my wedding dress and I left there feeling at ease. I am an Airline Pilot and had my uniform altered here. They did a fantastic job! They know exactly how to fit and alter a uniform! I actually received many compliments on how nice it looks. In addition, my daughter is a Musician and her dress was way too big. They taylored it perfectly to fit her petite little figure!

I would NEVER go back. We brought in 2 pairs of baseball pants to be made into knickers. They were done quickly and looked fine when picked up. One pair ripped right where it was sewn after one wearing and the second after a few wearings. All we wanted was to have them restitched. Scott refused to take the blame and argued about how it happened instead of servicing the customer and just fixing it. He was totally rude and also questioned us on why it took so long for us to pick them up. Really?! I thought we were paying for a service and it turned out to be nothing but a hassel. Would never recommend.

Excellent place I took a pair of pants that were frayed at the bottom they put a new hem on the bottom looks outrageous. I also just bought a jumpsuit but as I am 4’11 needed it shortened plus a few other garments I had. I’ve had things done at other places before and never happy but I will never have anyone else but Tailor’s Touch alter my clothing again it was PERFECT!!! I’m going away in a few weeks and thanks to them I will look great!!!

There are no words that can be used to accurately express how amazing this establishment is. From the warm welcome you instantly get the moment you walk in the door to the quickness of service to the quality of product delivered, there is no reason to look anywhere else. Don't be surprised if your task is handled while you wait the same day you walk in with the request! THAT is the kind of incredible experience you may encounter here. Best seamstress/tailor around! They have tended to all my needs, from Armani and Boss suits to altering shorts, jeans and shirts they have Exceeded expectations every time! They have even helped me with some of my outdoor furniture cushions. I'm sure other establishments are good.... but why settle for good when the best is right down the street. Took dress to have alterations and suggested what I wanted to have done.Dress was very delicate and long. So suggested how I wanted it. Stated it would be 120.00 Went back to pick up dress and tried on and seemed like it needed a Fix with the tail,was too long and he tried to charge me an additional 45 on top of what I already was quoted. Why would you charge me more when it didn’t come out how I wanted. That’s a whole new dress 165.00,for alterations with cutting down the dress in length only. But it’s my fault for not being specific?? It’s one thing trying it on and explaining but when they finally do it they can be flaws so why charge more My daughter as well had dress done for alterations was too long was charged 70.00 to shorten a dress that was plain. Have a family member who had alterations done somewhere else and didn’t even pay nothing close to this.

Great experience over all getting fitted for a bridesmaid dress! He was very knowledgeable and actually talked me out of making some changes that would be mistakes I originally thought would make my dress look better. Pricing was fine and quick turnaround time. I would recommend to anyone!

It’s not often that I come across a local business that goes above and beyond with regards to customer service. The quality of their work is superb and the staff is truly accommodating. I highly recommend Tailor’s Touch for fine clothes tailoring and shoe repairs. I’ve trusted them with pricey items and every time I pick them up (even rushed orders), they look better than before I dropped them off. Just go, you will not be disappointed.

*******TO THE CHILDISH OWNERS RESPONSE BELOW. First off my son is not an ADULT and said NOTHING FOUL to you, all he said to you was chill out because you freaked out on him when he was looking in your 3 way mirror side to side (what you call dancing). You said I can't work with him, when again you were not even trying to fit him in that moment. He was NOT dancing. You never said you were going to put pins in and you were not even near my son when he was looking in the mirror you had stepped back to talk the coat over with me. You had a chip on your shoulder from the minute we walked in and I said I needed something done by Saturday due to Prom. I wish my son would have danced on your fitting stages, because he's a great dancer.As anyone can see in your reviews I am not the first one you've lost it on-The man in the front is rude and has no customer service skills. Do not go here.

Lovely customer service! Everyone was very helpful throughout the fitting process. I needed to have my head to toe sequin gown for prom shorten and also have its straps shorten since I’m pretty small. Very fast service even though prom season is at its peak right now! To sum it up, I’m completely happy with the final result. Affordable price too! Definitely coming back for any future alterations. Attention to detail was impeccable :)

Five star service!! Came here a few weeks ago to get alterations on a set of pants. Customer service was top notch from the time I entered the place until I picked up my pants. Fantastic service. I highly recommend Mr. Scott’s services to anyone. I needed a “rush-same day” alteration done to my uniform & I took it to a different tailor & that did not go well at all. I contacted Mr. Scott last minute & he stood extra time & waited for me very kindly. I can’t say enough about how amazing tailor’s touch is. Just this morning I took my daughter into them with a brides made dress that was a bit too snug and was already worked on. We didn’t think anything could be done to help. They welcomed us with open arms and assured us that they could fix it. We needed it rushed because the wedding is this weekend. The staff was absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend this place to anyone! I am new to the area and getting married in a month so I dropped off my wedding dress to be altered on a Monday afternoon and got called to come in for my first fitting the very next day on Tuesday , and my dress was ready to be picked up by Wednesday! Loudys was wonderful to work with and so was everybody else. I am so happy with my wedding dress and will definitely be going back in the future for all of my tailoring needs. I had gotten my zipper stuck in my JanSport book bag and just about given up on it until I decided to go to into “Tailor’s Touch”. Upon entry I was greeted warmly by the lovely seamstresses who took my book bag immediately and asked me to wait. Less than 5 minutes later, “Scott” the owner came back with my book bag and fixed my zipper FREE OF CHARGE. I begged and urged him to pay him but he simply would not take my money. We need more businesses like this. Ones who care about customer service AND QUALITY WORK. They are professional, kind and clean. I can’t wait to come back with the rest of my knickknacks and pieces needed for adjustments. Thank you Scott and thank you Tailor’s Touch. I had just about given up on this book bag until today.

They didn't do what I specifically requested when I dropped my jacket off. When I mentioned it, he took no responsibility for anything or offered any solutions. Now I'm stuck with a jacket I don't want to wear and can't return to the store because they altered it! Update: You should be truthfully!! I specifically asked to not have stitching put in when shortening the sleeves. It took me 3 days to give you the OK, because you're charging me $60 for a simple job. BTW it took you two days to call me to even give me a price at which time you never once mentioned that you couldn't shorten the sleeves without adding stitching or without taking the zippers out as I requested. So in short you just do whatever you want and than give your customers a hard time and make them feel bad because they're not happy with your work. I've read other reviews and a lot of them say they were treated in a rude manner and after speaking with you on the phone I completely understand why!!!

I came here based off of Yelp reviews. In Florida I was informed that all dry cleaners make you pay up front. This is something I'm not used to from living previously in another state. I don't normally set clean or buy things needing dry cleaning but my husband has some silk Tommy Bahama short sleeved button shirts and they were $6.00 which I thought was high but i haven't been to a dry cleaner in a long time. I got my shirts back and they were clean. I just was shocked at paying up front as well as the price for a mans shirt.

My family met Scott, Doug and Barbara at a local fabric shop. We we discussing all that is going on in the world and said we wanted to make some protective masks. My wife works for an assisted living facility with 4 sites. Scott was nice enough to tell us what material would be best for what we were doing! As if that wasn't enough! He told us that he was making surgical masks and he would be more than happy to supply us some. We never expected that. He did as he said! In these difficult times we meet a person who does things for the love of God and country. I would highly recommend his services for anyone. Words can never express our gratitude. Scott at Tailor's Touch is amazing! Not only is he making masks, he is donating them to doctors at nurses at the local hospital. They tested and rated his masks at a 98% filtration rate (higher then the N95 masks that you can't get). But what I love about Scott is that not only will he sell his masks to locals at a very reasonable rate, he explains why they filter out the particles at a higher rate then the DIY masks, or the store bought ones. I was going to attempt to make my own, but had texted Scott regarding dimensions for my daughter. He had me come into his store. He gave me one for my daughter But after talking to Scott and his demonstration, I am NOT making my own, I bought some from him! He is a small business owner, that cares about his staff, friends and community.

Scott is an amazing tailor!! I needed to get my bf measured for an upcoming wedding and all other places were closed or wouldn’t do sizing. He was so friendly, measured my man for his suit without even charging. Also told me if I needed alterations with my dress, he would be more than happy to help! I will definitely come back to Scott at Tailors touch for all my alterations in the future!! Five star service for sure!

Best tailor I have ever been at! They do everything including equestrian items. I had to alter a prom dress and he called that it was finished very quickly and it was perfect! I also had a pair of Parlanti boots with a zipper broken. I asked to fix the zipper and see if he could customize it to fit my leg better and he did! Not only it was perfect it was an amazing price! Thank you so much you are a life saver!

Scott and the team at Tailor's Touch are amazing! I've only ever had alterations done once and I was really nervous and inexperienced in getting anything altered. The team here is so kind and obviously knowledgeable and skilled with this line of work. Scott is very personable and works to make you feel stunning during the process. They team finished quicker than the estimated time (which was an awesome bonus) and did a great job. The prices are fair and I was surprised at how affordable it was. They were also extremely accommodating when more alterations needed to be done for my clothing, which I sincerely appreciated. I definitely will continue to use them in the future for any alterations because they were such awesome people and made this experience as painless and easy as possible.

Amazing!!! I brought my wedding dress in to get shortened and my straps to be adjusted and they did an amazing job! My Wedding Dress was a little more complicated since it had a lot of layers and beading along with lace but the team at Tailors Touch knew exactly how to work with my dress. I couldn’t be happier with the end results. My dress looks perfect!! The turn around time on my dress was amazing as well. They ended up getting it done a week before it was scheduled to get picked up. I definitely recommend them for any of your custom alteration needs. Their customer service was so good and even when I felt nervous about alterations the team was kind and ensured me that it would be exactly what I wanted. I can’t wait to wear my dress on my big day! I will update a picture after my wedding.

Well overdue for this review, but I just wanted to share how great of an experience I had with them back in April. I came in for alterations on a handful of pieces including this gown that needed a hemline correction for a pageant. A different business butchered it and I had a tight timeline to work with. I was given outstanding service with everything being done ahead of schedule during their prom season which was asking a lot. The staff was kind, professional, and with the rushed requests they were affordable. The owner even took time to teach me about different hemlines, seams, machines, etc to look for in the future to prevent the same situation occurring. Overall 10/10 experience and will only be using them in the future. Plus, I won the competition!

I had some horse riding style pants that were made by another company. Due to the manufacturing process, a portion of the sticking came out. I called, asked what could be done, and when it could be done. Although I was past the 4pm deadline for same day service, I was explained by a guy at the business to come over right now and he will see about taking care of it. I showed up a few minutes later. He looked at it, explained the issue, as well as the complications of where the restitching needed to be done. After a few moments, he came up with another idea and was not nearly as intensive as the first idea. Needless to say, he restitched it while I waited (Maybe at the most 4 minutes this included turning on his machine) and absolutely refused to charge me for the work that he did, even though I tried to pay. To be clear, I have never been in this business before or even met the guy(Presumed owner). I appreciate the work he did and his willingness to drop what he was doing, come up with a less labor intensive way to solve the issue. I would say, I appreciate him not charging me, but hey that was just the icing on the cake by him not doing that although I was willing to pay.

Absolutely amazing work at this place! My son was home from college, needed 2 suits altered before he flew back out to head to a national conference - so it was a rush job with a less than 24 hour turnaround time. Friendly, reasonable and extremely professional. The new suits fit like a glove after the alterations. They also did my daughter's prom dress a few weeks ago. Beautiful work with excellent attention to detail. The entire staff is friendly and works so well together. Would not even think of ever going anywhere else! Tailor's Touch is the best of the best.

Scott and staff are all amazing. I'm not sure what we would of done without them. We had a vision for our groomsparty and ourselves that they brought to life. Scott used his skills to take cuts from one vest to enlarge another vest. This had to be done due to the suits being silm fit. Scott and his team excuted this task effortlessly twice. The second vest he enlarged by using photos of the groomsman because he lives in Maryland. Tailor's Touch also altered our jackets and pants for the wedding as well as our attire for our Friday and Sunday evening events. We rate them 10 Stars. Scott, we are grateful our paths cross. You have earned our business from here on out. You have the tailor's touch. Thank you!!

5 STAR! This was my 1st time using this company and highly recommend any friends/family who ask. They provided very professional service and their hard work definitely shows in the alteration that was made on my dress. Also I would like to add that they unexpectedly had 10+ of prom dresses to alter for the week to come and we’re able to complete my dress a week EARLIER than the date that was originally set for pick up. I was very impressed with overall service.

Honestly I will definitely be coming back to have all my other clothes if they need to be altered. I had a dress that needed to be taken in and I’m so happy with the results. Fits so much better than before, now my favorite dress of all time for how it fits. The service here is great and all the owners and tailors really care about making not only your clothes fit better but a great experience too. These people know what they’re doing!! Try them out, you won’t be disappointed I PROMISE. Scott was fantastic, he really takes his time with his work and it shows.
